Options for Southern Oregon and the Older Adult Behavioral Health Initiative is providing a community workshop on Advance Care Planning: Supporting People Living with Dementia March 21st 3:30-5:30pm at the Grants Pass Library. This workshop is about hope in the face of uncertainty. It will include:
• A look at why planning for care in the future is important if you or a loved one has dementia
• Thinking about goals, values, and what matters most
• Learning about possible future situations and choices you might face
• Understanding how to make decisions for yourself or have someone help you
