Frog Farm

Frog Farm is a 10-acre permaculture farm in Takilma, Oregon, located at the base of Hope Mountain. It has evolved over the last 23 years with many helping hands from around the world. We grow over 100 species of  medicinal herbs that we process into tinctures, oils, salves and teas. We raise goats, pigs, and poultry to work the gardens and provide fertilizer and food. We tend orchards (food forests) with fruit and nut trees, berries and vegetables, interwoven to promote biodiversity and increase interactions between species. We teach and host workshops, and provide herbal health care. Recently we opened a farm store to make our products more accessible to the local community: home-made jam, goat dairy, eggs, baked goods, produce, plants and other seasonal products. The store is open daily 9am to 6pm/7pm when days are longer. Request application to volunteer on the farm.
