Illinois Valley Safe House Alliance

The Illinois Valley Safe House Alliance has been serving victims of domestic and sexual violence since 2002. In 2016 we served 600 individuals in our community. In August of 2017 we served over 100 individuals. Our mission is to serve survivors of domestic and sexual violence while they meet their immediate and long term goals of safety and self sufficiency. We offer education, supportive services through groups and individual support, emergency shelter, safety planning, food and gas, clothing and household items, assistance completing protection orders, advocating on behalf of victims and many other services that help break down barriers in the lives of those we work with so they can stabilize their lives and live without fear. We do this with compassion and understanding. All our services a free and totally confidential. You do not need to be in a current crisis to access our services.
