In the heat of summer when the thought of turning on the oven makes you shudder, Josephine County Farm Collective and Grip N Grub Foodtruck are here to help! In our Great on the Grill segment we will teach you how to properly (and easily) cut up a whole chicken to throw on the grill after a long hot day. For our veggie loving friends, we will demonstrate how to use up all that zucchini in a fun and creative (and quick!) way.
