Join us for an introduction to advance care planning for people of all ages.
During this workshop, Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist and Suicide Prevention Coordinator, Angela Franklin, will discuss and answer questions about advance care directives, POLSTs, after-death care directives, and conversations with loved ones. Participants will leave with the knowledge to ensure end-of-life and after-death wishes are honored.
