Earth Scouts! is hosting a Prep-U Workshop at Frog Farm on Friday June 10 from 12-4pm! During this four-hour course you will learn everything you need to know about fire, including how to build a rocket stove to stay warm and cook your food. Shelter building, knot tying, and other emergency preparedness will be discussed and demonstrated as well. These outdoor skills such as basic fire safety tips and advice is invaluable and could possibly save lives! This workshop is brought to you by Prep-U from Josephine County Emergency Management. Youth ages 11+ and adults are welcome. All minors must be accompanied by a guardian. No dogs at Frog Farm please. Class fee is $25 for non-members & $20 for all active Spiral Living Center members.
