Grants Pass— The Four Way Community Foundation welcomes nonprofit organizations in Josephine and western Jackson Counties to apply for capital grants of up to $10,000 in its 2020 grant cycle. The application window opens Feb. 1 and closes April 1. Nonprofits in Josephine County and in Applegate, Ruch, Gold Hill, and Rogue River may apply.

Organizations serving the intellectually disabled are invited to apply under the Rose Douglas fund, which provides funding that may include operational and program expenses.

Grant seekers are encouraged to call with questions or for assistance with the process. New applicants should confirm that their proposal qualifies as capital in nature under the community grants program, or will align with Rose Douglas guidelines, before submitting materials. Details of all grant requirements and application forms are online at fourwaycommunityfoundation.org.

In 2019, the Four Way Foundation awarded $350,000 in funding to forty nonprofit organizations whose work elevates our shared quality of life. By providing grant money for capital expenses, such as computers, desks, access ramps, and building projects, the Four Way Community Foundation seeks to help local nonprofits to carry out their missions, which in turn make this area a great place to live.

These grants were made possible by local people who gave contributions ranging from small donations to large endowments so that together we might thrive in perpetuity. Individuals wishing to leave a local legacy should contact the Four Way Community Foundation to make arrangements.
