& Monday, Dec. 16, 2019 from 10am to 4pm
The toy giveaway is for low-income families residing in the Josephine County
& the Rogue River/Wimer area with children 1-18 years of age
Pre-registration is required – Return registration forms to: (Available in office)

Parents MUST apply via Toys for Tots website and complete the application.
Please include email address. You will be notified when approved.
On Giveaway Day be prepared to show the following:
Valid Oregon issued photo ID (Driver’s License or ID Card)
Proof of how many children are in your family – i.e. Medical Card
WIC Card or Oregon Trail Card
Proof you live in Josephine County or the Rogue River/Wimer area
ONE ADULT FROM EACH PRE-REGISTERED FAMILY MAY SELECT TOYS
Toys will be given on a “first come-first served” basis.
