Library offers musical storytime and puppet play for children in Cave Junction

Cave Junction, September 12, 2019 —Families are invited to Musical Storytime and Puppet Play from noon to 1 p.m. the second Saturday of each month at the Illinois Valley branch of Josephine Community Library, 209 W Palmer Street, Cave Junction.

At this interactive storytime, storyteller Jerry Allen of Thistledown Folk Tales plays the accordion while children use puppets to present a musical and educational puppet show.

Musical Storytime and Puppet Play is free and open to the public and an active library card is not required to participate. All youth ages 18 and younger living in Josephine County are eligible for a library card paid for through a grant with Josephine Community Library Foundation.
