Journey Home Support Services is a peer-led organization co-operating with communities at home and abroad to cultivate connection, incorporate compassionate practice, and develop lasting and thriving relationships around wellness, support for conscious living and dying, and assisting with recovery practices.
Our goal is to grow the capacity for healing and care from within the communities in which we serve, and to establish these practices as a way forward in a sustained and equitable manner, being of service to all.
